Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the promotion and positioning of the Blue Nova Energy brand and products. Grow market share through socials, events and to raise brand awareness through the creation of marketing campaigns.
Assist with benchmarking, monitoring trends and making sure the business is at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a digital presence across the social media platforms on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build future successful strategies.
- Define paid media strategies and performance management
- Monitor website performance
- Liaise with third party hosting partner; to do the necessary updates in order to keep the website up to date and ensuring it is functioning optimally at all times.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Oversee and monitor events implementation, reporting on goals, and identifying customer journeys and funnels
- Assisting the Key Account Managers to increase awareness and product knowledge with campaign focused approaches.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments with the various product managers.
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Managing Marketing budget.
- Manage content and updates for target audience and internal touch points
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years marketing experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint,).
- Campaign planning and execution and project coordination
- Knowledge and skill to use marketing automation platforms
- Content management systems knowledge
- Proficient use of analytic tools
- Social media platform management
